    I provide talk therapy to support people who have been taught to dim their light.

    My approach may be for you if you’re struggling with low self-worth, self-esteem or a challenging relationship attachment style that impacts how you show up for yourself or in relationships.

    I use a multidisciplinary approach to my psychotherapeutic practice, encompassing person-centred and solution-focused techniques, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am a trauma-informed and culturally diverse therapist, and am a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
